1. Definitions

“Account”: means collectively the personal information, Payment Information and credentials used by Users to access Paid Content on the Website;

“Retreat”: means our in-person event.

2. Services

2.1 In-person event “Retreat” :

Details: The Retreat is an all-inclusive experience (excluding airfare) featuring varying durations, activities (such as ice baths, breathwork, yoga,  meditation, etc), and coaching sessions. A strict no alcohol and drug policy is in place. Participants must have their own insurance.

Booking: To secure a spot, participants are asked to pay in full.

Cancellation: If “We” have to cancel the “Retreat” for any reason, we will give a full refund. If the participant cancels his/her participation, we will refund the payment minus an administration fee of 1000 USD. Tickets are transferable to another person in case of inability to join.

3. Services and Pricing

3.1 While every attempt has been made to align all general service descriptions from Chasing Excellence LLC with the actual services you will receive, we are not accountable for any deviations from these descriptions. The precise nature of services may vary based on your specific needs and circumstances.

3.2 All pricing information on the website is accurate at the time of publication. We retain the right to modify prices and adjust or remove any special offers periodically and as deemed necessary.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:

4.1 We do not provide any warranty or representation regarding the Website’s suitability for your specific needs, its quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party rights, compatibility with all systems, security, or the accuracy of all provided information. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from the use of our services.

4.3 Participation in the “Retreat” is entirely voluntary, and participants assume all potential risks.

4.4 Any actions or decisions made by participants during the retreat are made solely by choice and responsibility, and neither the event organizers/facilitators, their agents, employees, officers, volunteers, nor contractors, nor any person or organization associated with them, bear responsibility or liability.

4.5 Participants understand that any experience, service, and/or information at the event is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. Participants will not use it in place of any form of therapy. Participants recognize that some group processes may require emotional, physical, and mental efforts, potentially causing stress. Participants fully acknowledge and take responsibility for all associated risks. It is the participant’s responsibility to consult with their primary healthcare provider before participating (e.g icebath, breathwork). Should the participant choose not to consult their health care provider, they accept full responsibility, waiving all rights to liability or claims against Chasing Excellence LLC and its agents, administrators, or employees.

4.6 Participants and/or their legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Chasing Excellence LLC, its agents, servants, or employees for any injury, harm, or death caused by negligence or other acts or omissions of the participant, other participants, and/or Chasing Excellence LLC, its agents, servants, or employees.

5. User Conduct:

Participants are expected to uphold a standard of respect, inclusivity, and open-mindedness, fostering teamwork and mutual support throughout the program. We reserve the right to expel participants engaging in disruptive behavior. The program emphasizes group engagement over individual experiences, fostering a judgment-free environment. Full confidentiality is a fundamental requirement. This retreat is a sanctuary for clear minds and focused spirits. Alcohol and drugs are not allowed.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality:

All conversations, coaching sessions, sharing circles, and related interactions conducted within the framework of our services are considered confidential. Chasing Excellence LLC is committed to maintaining the privacy of individuals participating in these activities. Information shared during these sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except in cases where legal obligations may require such disclosure.

7. Intellectual Property:

7.1 Chasing Excellence LLC owns all materials and retains copyright for all content. All content included on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and software, is the property of Chasing Excellence LLC, our affiliates or other relevant third parties.

7.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store, or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given Our express written permission to do so.

8. Governing law

This contract, formed as soon as you have placed the order for the “Retreat”, shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. All disputes in relation to this contract shall be settled by public courts in Wyoming, USA.

9. Agreement to those terms and conditions

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions before completing your order. The completion of your order is, therefore, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
